Ashuelot Gin™ is a unique American style Gin. Not a London Dry Gin, but a New England rainy day gin. It’s light bright profile is created using Sweetwater’s Ashuelot Vodka distilled from locally grown apples and potatoes and distilling it again and vapor infusing it with 8 botanicals. Using New England grown Juniper berries mellows out the pine flavors so that the underlying botanicals like coriander, citrus and medicinals shine through. A modern Gin, perfect in a craft cocktail or enjoyed over ice.
